Plain-English summary. The full licence is supplied with each purchase.

Software, not advice

Ballpark and our other tools are software. Prices, ranges, concepts and drawings they produce come from the rates and selections entered by the business using them. That business is responsible for its quotes, drawings, workmanship and its agreements with its own clients. Joinsolve isn't a party to those agreements.

Concept drawings

Concept drawings are not to scale, are for client review only and are not for construction. Shop drawings follow site measure and the deposit.

Licence

A licence covers one business, with unlimited devices and users inside that business. It can't be resold, shared with other businesses or copied.

Access and free quotes

Access is by invitation, for joinery, cabinetmaking and kitchen businesses only. We check each request, including the ABN, and may decline any request. Approved businesses get their first 2 quotes free, once per business. Pricing after that is set out when access is approved.

Hosting

Hosting means we keep your Ballpark online at its web address, with leads delivered and quote credits working. Hosting doesn't include changes to your rates, branding or layout, training, or new features; those are quoted separately. After 12 months you can renew hosting, or take a copy of your Ballpark file and run it on your own website.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
